Dr. Fredrick J. Harris

Dr. Fredrick J. Harris was born in Sumter, South Carolina, on February 4, 1972. After completing college, he enlisted in the United States Army in 1990. He served with distinction and honor, retired with 26 years of impeccable service to the Nation, and is a War Hero & Decorated Combat Veteran. His extensive military training has allowed him to touch an abundance of Soldiers’ lives through Christ Jesus. Dr. Harris believes in family first and is a man of faith, love, wisdom, and protection. He is married to Lady Dr. Lakendra Harris and, as a blended family, shares three strong-anointed and intelligent sons; Marquez, Christian, and Marley. Dr. Harris & Lady Dr. Lakendra work side by side, building and executing the vision placed within them through Christ Jesus as one unit.
Kingdom Accomplishments
Dr. Harris has been consistently doing the work of the Lord for over 15 years. He is the founder of Without Limits Ministries International, Heart of God Embassy, City of Jerusalem Worship Center, Land of Goshen Outreach Services, Land of Goshen Institute of Theology, and the Prophetic Training & Mentoring Academy located in Raleigh, North Carolina. He hosts the Freedom & Fire TV/Radio Broadcast in Clinton, North Carolina, and is a prophetic scribe who has authored over 20 + books, manuals, and a stage play. He has also written several training manuals and curricula, which have been implemented in several churches, ministries, seminaries, and theology institutes globally. While holding the Office of Chief Apostle, Dr. Harris has trained, mentored, ordained, and consecrated many Christian leaders to various offices within the five-fold ministry of Jesus Christ. In addition, as a Chief Apostle, he oversees and has planted multiple ministries and churches worldwide. Dr. Harris works actively within the community to help promote team-building concepts and encourage the youth to become leaders of tomorrow. He has evangelized, mentored, ministered, counseled, trained, and taught thousands of people the Gospel of Jesus Christ through radio broadcasts, social media platforms, magazine articles, lectures, seminars, and conferences. He walks humbly for God in the Apostolic and Prophetic anointing and gives all honor and praise to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for the opportunity to be a servant of the Kingdom of God.
Education & Training
As a devout leader in the Body of Christ, education, and learning are extremely important to Dr. Harris. In 2009, he was ordained as a Minister at Greenlawn Baptist Church in Columbia, South Carolina. In October 2011 he was ordained into Prophetic Ministry at Zoe Ministries New York, NY. It was then in January 2012 that Kingdom Visions Dimensions of Greenville, South Carolina ordained him as an Apostle/Prophet/Pastor/Teacher. Following the calling of the Lord in May of 2012, he was ordained and affirmed to Chief Apostle & Founder of Without Limits Fellowship Ministries in Raeford, North Carolina. He was later reaffirmed and consecrated to the Office of Chief Apostle at Faith & Power International Center in Dunn, North Carolina. Omni Bible University awarded Dr. Harris his Master of Divinity in August 2009 and Doctorate in Theology and Christian Education in August 2012. Dr. Harris has also received various certifications, such as becoming a Certified Christian Life Coach through Freedom Bible College in June 2015; in January 2017, the Association of Christian Schools International credentialed and certified him as a North Carolina Academic Private Educator. And lastly, Dr. Harris received an honorary Doctorate in Apostolic Order in April 2022 from the Bible Institute of America.
